Towing

ParqZen connects property enforcement with professional tow operators—and gives vehicle owners a clear path when a car is no longer where they parked it.

Built for operators and drivers

Towing on ParqZen is two experiences on one platform: towing companies manage intake and releases, while vehicle owners use the same lot signage and policies your strata or business already publishes.

Towing companies

Join the ParqZen tower network

Register your company, log tow events from the road, and stay aligned with the properties you serve. When a strata or business on the Towing plan authorizes a removal, your team works from the same plate-based record—not a paper tow slip left on a windshield.

  • Company profile, dispatch contacts, and impound lot details in one place
  • Mobile-friendly tow intake for drivers and office staff
  • Tow events linked to violation history on participating lots
  • Owner notifications when policy allows automated outreach

Vehicle owners

Can’t find your vehicle?

Registered lots post ParqZen signage with a QR code for self-service lookup. Enter your plate—or describe a non–road-worthy vehicle—and see whether a tow was recorded for that location, who to call, and where the vehicle was taken when your property enables release details.

  • No account required to start a lookup
  • Plate search or make/model/year/color for specialty vehicles
  • Towing company name, phone, and impound lot when published
  • Some locations require a small lookup fee before full details—set by the property

How towing works for vehicle owners

  1. Scan the lot sign or open the link

ParqZen lot signage includes a “can’t find your vehicle?” QR code. It opens the lookup flow with the correct property context when you scan from that address.

  2. Search by plate or vehicle description

Enter your license plate for standard vehicles. For boats, trailers, or other non–road-worthy units, use the descriptor search with make, model, year, and color.

  3. Review tow details

When a matching tow event exists, you see the towing company, contact number, impound location, and timing—so you know who to call before driving to the wrong yard.

  4. Contact the operator to arrange release

Fees, storage, and release paperwork are handled directly with the towing company and your property’s rules. ParqZen does not replace the operator’s release process—it surfaces the right contact path faster.

How towing companies get started

Request onboarding

Create a tower-admin account or contact sales so we can link your company to the properties you already serve.

Configure your profile

Add business name, dispatch numbers, impound addresses, and staff roles for admins and tow-truck operators.

Log tow events

Record plate, vehicle details, source lot, and status from the tower app—visible to authorized property teams and lookup flows when published.

Stay tied to enforcement

Participating stratas and businesses escalate from warnings and violations to tow with a shared audit trail instead of disconnected phone calls.

Update status in one place

Mark vehicles impounded, released, or closed out so property managers and owners see consistent information.

Grow with new lots

As more communities adopt the Towing plan, your company can be selected as their authorized operator on the same platform.

Where towing fits in ParqZen

Properties on the Towing plan connect violation history, tow authorization, and optional owner lookup fees. Monitoring and self-service reports still feed the same plate-based workflow—towing is the last mile when bylaws require removal.

Towing companies do not replace property policy: the strata, HOA, or business decides when a tow is allowed. Operators execute the removal and publish the details vehicle owners need to recover their car.
